Bree Aylward (B.Hlth.Sci.M.Pod, B.Biomed)
Bree has completed a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Podiatric Practice at LaTrobe University in addition to completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Victoria University. Whilst undertaking her podiatry course, Bree worked at The Athletes Foot which has helped further develop her understanding of footwear, inner soles and performance equipment offered to work in conjunction with podiatric treatment modalities.
Bree enjoys all aspects of podiatry, showing particular interests in sports injury and Diabetic foot management. She places high importance on educating a patient as to the changes that can occur, and how these changes can impact an individual’s overall health. She also enjoys setting goals and helping clients take steps to reach these goals.
Bree loves to keep active, playing weekly games of netball, basketball, seasonal wakeboarding, snowboarding and undertaking regular hikes. She believes that keeping active is just as important physically as it is mentally.
As a member of the Australian Podiatry Association Bree is constantly undertaking professional development to enable her to provide her patients with the best possible care.
